Daedalus Dreamed
Daedalus Dreamed is inspired by the story in Greek mythology dealing with the Labyrinth, a maze built by Daedalus for King Minos of Crete. The Labyrinth was used to hold the Minotaur. Once completed, Daedalus could barely find his way out of the Labyrinth.

A painting in progress
Daedalus Dreamed was completed, but not without a lot of hard work. I probably put in 100 hours of work on this painting. A bigger version (twice the size) of Daedalus Dreamed is on the drawing board, 48 inches by 60 inches, if I can find the time.
All of the pathways within the maze had to be painted with six different colors.
